Requests for medical records, billing records and radiology images for all of our locations are processed at: 

Medical records are confidential and are protected by state and federal laws. Although the medical record is the property of San Antonio Regional Hospital, patients have the right to access information contained in their medical record. You can access or request copies of your records by any of the following options:
